Brian Sizemore is Vice President of AI Delivery at PDS, bringing a rare combination of deep technical expertise, enterprise leadership, and practical experience deploying AI into production. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and a Master’s degree in Data Analytics, with more than 15 years of experience in data engineering, analytics, and AI.
Prior to joining PDS, Brian served as Manager of Generative AI on Global Payments’ centralized AI team, where he was a lead architect of enterprise and customer-facing AI solutions. In this role, he also helped build the organization’s Generative AI and AI Platform capabilities by identifying and hiring the specialized engineering talent needed to develop, operate, and scale production AI systems. As an early member of the centralized IT organization’s AI initiative, he worked closely with architecture, security, risk, and governance teams to establish the processes required to move AI applications from experimentation into secure, production deployment.
Brian’s approach to AI is fundamentally data centric. He focuses on grounding agents in reliable enterprise data, designing rigorous evaluation frameworks, and building observability into every layer of a solution. He is particularly passionate about measuring how AI systems behave in production and using real-world performance data to drive continuous improvement.
Brian’s specialty is designing business-critical, high-stakes agentic workflows where accuracy, traceability, security, and operational reliability are essential. He is most effective in complex environments where AI is supporting consequential decisions, automating expensive processes, or becoming an important part of day-to-day business operation.
Brian’s production work includes leading the development of:
- Genius, a customer-facing conversational analytics platform that reached more than 2,000 users and processed over 10,000 requests during its first month.
- An AI-enabled underwriting pipeline that reduced a two-hour process to approximately 15 minutes.
- Help desk agent capable of answering questions and completing actions such as creating support tickets and ordering equipment.
