& Chief Executive Officer

Tom joined PDS in 2007, bringing 25 years of experience in the staffing industry. Prior to joining PDS, Tom spent four years as the Western Regional President at The Yoh Company. He was a Group Vice President at AdvectA, Inc. He also held senior leadership positions at both Robert Half and Target Corp. Tom has a business degree with an emphasis in economics from Saint John’s University in Collegeville, Minnesota.

Brian joined PDS in 2002 and provides over 30 years of technology staffing and solution experience. Prior to joining PDS, Brian was responsible for Arizona staffing sales for Analysts International Corporation (AIC) and had previously led solution sales for IBM Arizona. Earlier in his career Brian worked for EDS and Ernst and Whinney as a tech consultant, before transitioning into 20+ years of sales and sales management. Brian brings a wealth of knowledge in the IT solutions/staffing/recruiting/talent acquisition industry supporting PDS client’s needs with project-based solutions and IT resource management via contract, contract to hire and direct placement services. He is focused on enabling success for both clients and consultants. Brian holds a BBA degree with emphasis in Management and Computer Information Systems from Northern Arizona University.

Brian Gephart

Brian joined PDS in 2011 and has over 25 years of Executive Leadership, Account Management, Technical Recruiting, Sales and Technical Solutions experience. Brian loves to see the internal success of PDS employees and the external success of the clients his organization supports. Brian was a pioneer in distance recruiting and business development early in his career, spearheading the expansion of a company in Utah from California. He also was the president for another company in Utah and expanding the business into other states. Brian invented a payment systems patent for a company he founded.

Katherine Delano

Managing Director

Katherine has been with PDS since 2017 and brings over a decade of experience working with local and national Fortune 500 clients. Her ability to manage people and develop relationships has fueled her continued growth and accomplishments. Katherine is a graduate of Arizona State University, where she received a Bachelor of Science degree.

Jon Hartpence

Vice President

Jon brings 10 years of talent acquisition & staffing expertise focused primarily in the IT space. Joining PDS as a Sr. Technical Recruiter in 2014, for the past 5+ years he has initiated & completed various key initiatives as a leader in the Delivery Practice. Additionally, Jon holds a Communications Degree from Arizona State University.


Managing Director

Allen brings over 25 years of IT and engineering experience to the team. Allen was previous the Talent Acquisition manager for IM Flash Technologies in Lehi, Utah. Allen’s heart lies in building a trusting relationship by truly listening in order to help his friends reach their goals. In addition to his subject matter expertise in the areas of recruitment and talent management he loves to travel (scuba diving & white water rafting) and spend time with his family.



Mandy joined PDS in October, 2018 and brings 12 years of accounting experience to the team, currently managing contracts, financial reporting, billing and the back-office team. Prior to joining PDS, Mandy spent 5 years in the marketing industry working with auditors, budgeting, and variance analysis. Mandy holds a Master of Business in Accounting from Colorado Technical University in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
