PDS Is Investing in Practical AI Delivery
PDS is investing in AI Solutions and Delivery to help clients move from AI interest to measurable business impact. We combine advisory, staffing, and managed project support into one practical model for enterprise AI adoption.
The goal is to help organizations accelerate adoption, reduce risk, and deliver real value from AI without overloading internal teams. Whether a client needs strategy and governance, AI engineering talent, platform enablement, custom solution delivery, or optimization of existing deployments, PDS meets clients wherever they are in the journey.
Meet Brian, Head of AI Solutions and Delivery
I joined PDS because the next phase of enterprise AI will be defined by delivery, not experimentation. Most companies have already tested copilots, chatbots, and generative AI tools. The question now is whether those tools are becoming trusted, adopted, measurable parts of the business.
That’s the work I care about. My background is in analytics, application development, and production AI systems: reliable data, secure architecture, evaluation frameworks, observability, governance, adoption, and measurable outcomes. At PDS, that experience powers a focused AI Solutions and Delivery practice that moves clients from AI ideas to business impact
Why AI Delivery Matters Now
Access to AI isn’t the same as value from AI. Turning promising ideas into systems people trust, use, and measure takes more than a strategy deck or a proof of concept; it takes disciplined delivery.
Leading generative AI efforts inside a large enterprise, I saw how fast AI conversations move from excitement to execution. Teams have to answer hard questions: What data can the system trust? How is accuracy evaluated? What should humans review? How are security and risk teams involved? How do we know the solution is improving over time?
Those questions are where AI delivery becomes real.
What I Learned Building Production AI Systems
Before PDS, I was Manager of Generative AI on Global Payments’ centralized AI team, architecting enterprise and customer-facing AI solutions while building the engineering capabilities to operate and scale them in production.
That work meant close collaboration with architecture, security, risk, governance, data, and business teams, and it reinforced a core belief: an AI solution is only as good as the operating model around it. The model matters, but so do the data, controls, evaluations, workflows, adoption plan, and feedback loops.
When accuracy is non-negotiable, observability and data quality become foundational. Teams need to know what information the AI used, how it reached an answer, where confidence is high or low, and when human review kicks in. Without that visibility, it’s hard to trust the output, improve the system, or explain decisions to business, risk, and compliance stakeholders.
My focus has always been business-critical AI workflows where accuracy, traceability, security, and reliability matter; conversational analytics, underwriting automation, help desk automation, knowledge agents, and agentic workflows supporting real operational decisions.
Why PDS Is the Right Place to Build This
PDS has a long history of solving talent and delivery challenges for clients, and AI adoption isn’t just a technology problem. It’s also a capacity, skills, change management, governance, and execution problem.
Our AI Solutions and Delivery practice combines advisory, staffing, managed project delivery, enablement, and optimization, giving us the flexibility to meet clients where they are. Some need help finding the right use cases. Some need technical talent. Some need a managed team to build a solution. Others already have AI tools in place and need better adoption, reliability, or cost control.
Every organization sits at a different stage of the AI journey. What they share is the goal: faster processes, better access to knowledge, improved productivity, lower operational friction, and measurable ROI.
Where PDS Can Help
Through PDS AI Solutions and Delivery, we support clients across the full lifecycle of enterprise AI adoption: strategy and governance, business AI platforms, workforce enablement, custom AI solutions, optimization, managed services, and the technical talent to make it all work.
My role is connecting those capabilities to real business outcomes. Not making AI sound exciting; making it useful, trusted, adopted, and measurable.
That’s why I’m excited about PDS’s investment in AI. We have the opportunity to help clients move faster, reduce risk, and build solutions that create value long after the first pilot is complete.
