A very exciting project I completed recently was creating an automation framework from scratch.
How has working with/through PDS contributed to your professional growth?
Working [with] PDS has helped me grow more confident in my skills and be seen as a leader in my current role.
Can you share a specific moment or achievement that you’re particularly proud of in your career?
Being seen as a leader and asked to create an automation path for a team who originally was unsure how useful automation would be was a highlight for me.
How do you stay updated on industry trends and continuously enhance your skills? Any favorite learning resources or strategies?
I am constantly attending webinars, reading up on the latest tech trends, and obtaining new certifications to stay relevant in my field.
What advice would you give to fellow professionals who aspire to achieve similar success?
Be positive, be flexible, and learn everything you can from every position.
In your opinion, what qualities make a candidate a good fit for PDS?
Someone who is a self-starter and disciplined.
What role do you believe mentorship and networking play in career development, and have they been instrumental in your journey?
I have been lucky to have some great mentors who sometimes gave me not-so-gentle pushes out of my comfort zone so [that] I could grow professionally. I am thankful for every one of them.
